Life after All The Way House

Living the life of the potter and the clay!

It would be like the potter who was making two separate pieces who realized that they were meant to be made together. The pieces first had to be broken down to their foundation in order to be molded together.

At the conclusion of our first year at the ATWH, one had a vision and the other believed in God’s promise. Once we started to pursue a relationship, we both had obstacles and objections for us moving for-ward together. We allowed some time to seek God to truly see if it was the path He wanted us to take. In that separate time we were seeking God and realized whether together or apart God was the bond that drew us closer together. Allowing Him to communicate to us individually we saw there was a future for us together.

Now after two years of being affiliated with ATWH, we have married and moved into the Elevation House (the next phase after the ATWH). We are both leaders of the men’s and women’s ATWH, working hand in hand for the spiritual growth of the student body. We live our lives in front of the students, allowing ourselves to be assessed through our struggles and our victories so that Christ can be glorified. We continue to lead devotions and classes in an effort to raise up the next group of leaders, pastors and men/women of God to walk life out on life’s terms. Charles now manages Joseph’s Storehouse while Christi-na assists in various areas of ministry at MPC. As a couple we are allow-ing God to use all of our gifts and talents.

A verse that we aspire to live our life by is: “For I fully expect and hope that I will never be ashamed, but that I will continue to be bold for Christ, as I have been in the past. And I trust that my life will bring honor to Christ, whether I live or die.” Philippians 1:20
